We are thrilled to welcome all of our sponsors – both new and returning – to the 2025 Pin Oak Charity Horse Show!
As we aim to make this year the best Pin Oak yet, we have compiled a number of resources aimed at helping to ensure an exceptional sponsorship experience.
- Welcome Party – Join us for a fun Sponsor Welcome Party on Tuesday, March 25, from 2-4 p.m. Head to the Texas Children’s Arena Club (overlooking the Main Indoor Ring at the Great Southwest Equestrian Center) for light appetizers and wine while also picking up your sponsor credentials and sponsor gifts.
- If you are unable to attend, you may pick up your credentials outside the main arena with our Sponsor Liaison. If you would like to make other arrangements, please contact Nicole Martin at (832) 459-5044.
- To streamline distribution, please designate a Sponsor Club Captain to pick up and distribute all credentials.
- Class Sponsorships – Review your sponsored classes and the full schedule here, and please let us know if you plan to present awards by emailing Nicole at nmartin@pinoak.org.

- Sponsor Alcohol Update – We are excited to enhance your experience with an elevated selection of wine, beer, liquor and mixed drinks throughout the event! As a sponsor, you will receive daily sponsor bands which include pull tabs valid for two complimentary drinks per day. Additional drinks and bottle service will be available for purchase.
- Valet – Valet will be available for sponsors on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Please follow the VALET signs when pulling into the facility.
