The Pin Oak Charity Horse Show Annual Board Meeting

Lynn Walsh, Pin Oak's President, invites you to attend The Pin Oak Charity Horse Show’s Annual Board Meeting on Thursday, October 25th from 6:00-8:00 pm. Pin Oak is honored that Texas Children's Hospital has offered their West Campus conference room for this special annual meeting. Once Katie Cooper, Texas Children's Hospital Development Manager, became aware we were holding our meeting at the West Campus, she suggested that we also take a tour so our sponsors could see the impact of their money.

The tour will consist of visiting the Fourth Floor Hematology/Oncology Clinic and the Second Floor Childlife Play Room. Both rooms have been underwritten by Pin Oak and made possible by our valued board members, sponsors and volunteers.

The Agenda is as follows:

• 6:00 pm - Social Mixer - Wine, fruit and cheese will be served  
• 6:30 pm - Tour - In order to be able to visit both the clinic and the play room, we will leave promptly at 6:30 pm 
• 7:00-8:00 pm – Annual Board Meeting

One lucky attendee will receive a pair of polo tickets, generously donated by The Houston Polo Club to use for the Fall 2012 season!
