As a Sponsor or an Exhibitor of Pin Oak, enjoy the daily hospitality that sets us apart from other shows across the nation.

The tradition continues in the coveted Sponsor’s Club (sponsor’s credentials are required for admittance).
Please, either check in with one of Pin Oak’s wonderful volunteers at the top of the stairs, or be wearing a wrist band for admittance. 

New for this year is the Exhibitor’s Club, located at the first stairwell, just down from the warm-up ring. During the day, the Exhibitor’s Club will offer the same hospitality as at the many in-gates.
In the evenings, nightly receptions for our exhibitors will be hosted by various Katy restaurants or GSEC’s caterers.

All parties, dinners and receptions will take place ringside at the BBVA Compass Main Arena, unless otherwise noted.
