PinOak.org does not capture personal information from internet visitors. At this time, PinOak.org does not attempt to solicit or collect, or transmit any personal information from visitors other than that which they may choose to disclose in any email correspondence, therefore the site does not require secure server (SSL) hosting. PinOak.org does offer "on-line" ticket sales by use of a "Print and Fax/Mail" form or by "on-line" ticketing and payment processing, in which ticket purchasing may be done entirely via the internet.

On-Line Ticket Sales are not conducted on the actual PinOak.org site, but on independent ticketing/payment processing websites. These websites do operate on SSL servers and have their own Privacy and Security Policies. Those sites are where your personal and payment information (ie: credit card information) will be requested and processed. Pin Oak Ticket Office may receive "ticket orders" in electronic or email format, which may contain "shipping address" information (if necessary) for the purposes of filling and mailing purchased tickets. Payment information (ie: credit card account information) is not included on "ticket orders" sent to the Pin Oak Ticket Office.
